All I'mma say is that, as it's debated, Thats why you can leave a comment about both people. Even thought people might not like "Either" or "Any" I would say just not to vote cause thats the useless percentage that also no one cares to almost know. BUT I'm not sayin that as a messed up who cares comment.

The reason of a Null Vote is the percentage that doesn't agree with "Neither" Or "Any" of the entries. Tell me if thats right or wrong?
