stains in my car!

I opened a wide silver marker (flowmaster) to see how deep the nib went and how much ink was left etc. and it started leaking all over, put it in a bag which I thought I had sealed up and now I have a large dot and a few drips on the seat of my car, it's a lease... this sucks!


any ideas? get an extraction professional to look at it? ipa? paint thinner?

depending on the exact ink recepy inside, and what base it is, depends on the size of the task your dealing with :/

carefull with that, alwas test it out on a small part of the fabric, alwas do a small test patch.

that straight solvent, it will fuck up car plastics, and maybe the fabric.

just be sure to dab the stain man..my apt got a health and saftey inspection nd they bitched at me for ink on the carpet...jus used some 409 nd dabbed a dry cloth on it...fuckin magic

damn yo, I got a blue paint stain on my car seat, marker with paint in it leaked a bit...paint thinner didn't work, pretty sure its too late for my cause. Been there for awhile now.

This stuff is only meant for hands, but I use it on everything. Works awesome on anything greasy, oily, or sticky.

most of these remedies seem like they would eat apolstry in seconds...im gonna try some orange goop on a gk stain on my seat, its prolly the least corrosive i would imagine.

your best bet would be to get aerosol glass cleaner spray it on till its soaked then get a hard plastic bristled brush and brush at it for a bit then vacuum up the liquid. i wouldn't put paint thinner or goof off on your car seat it will just bleach the fabric. glass cleaner is super strong for shit like this. its gonna be hard though cause ink stains are a bitch to get off. just do this a few times and it will work better than most ideas posted on this thread.

i tried to goof off to no avail. no bleaching tho, so that's good. it work on the splatters on the plastic by the door etc etc.
