Newby, dont worry about them dead spaces for now like - you can solve that problem later on by putting the 3d in one direction, overlappin etc. For now keep rockin them simples. You still haven&#39;t got the hang of using bars; look at the bars that form the P - they are way thinner than the bars that make the C for example - they all have to be the same size&#33; Make sure you draw them parrallel lines too because that peice starts big then goes small. You don&#39;t even need a ruler for it, just a cd case or somfin.

Lol, can no one understand the bar theory? They have to be the same size *all over*. Noodles, look at how fat the bars in the N are compared to the L - and the middle bar in the S is fucked. The O looks out of place too, make it into a blockbuster shape. Other than that it&#39;s along the right tracks like, the letters are fairly equal and size and it isn&#39;t slanting and stuff which is good.

I think your name should mean something or be something you really like. Most of all though your name needs to be do-able. Work with diff names and letter combos and decide. I like the name though, a versatile name means versatile pieces.

Zep0 - that&#39;s wack, do simples man, lose all them silly arrows and work on keeping the letters the same size width etc,

Spectr - getting there but you still haven&#39;t realised every bar in the letters have to be the same size, like the middle horizontal bar of the S has to be the same thickness as the top vertical bar of the S. In terms of choosing a name, choose one that means something to you, flows well, whatever.

Use your head when coming up with names. Try flirting with letters and mixing them up some. When I renamed myself I tried to stray away from actual words, really because SPECTR is probably already being done (or has been done previously).

As an example, I&#39;ve seen different throws around by this person COS, COSE, COES, CESO. All the same style but keep working with your shit till you like it and it pops out.

If you look at the left hand S. all the bars are different widths and shit - this is how you do it and why it&#39;s wrong. If you look at the right hand S all the bars are (roughly - it was a fast sketch =P) equal widths and that&#39;s the correct way to do it.

When you next do a peice, construct ever letter using equally sized bars and trust me, it&#39;ll be way better =)

Sank I can see the sorta style your aiming for but you need to proportion it better; the top of the S is too big, the top right part of the R juts out too much and the top left extension of the K looks out of place.

The E and the S are ok but the other letters aren&#39;t. The extensions are wack like a granny on crack too. Lose the jagged edges, make them crazy extensions smaller, redo the first letters and just smoothe out the peice in general and it&#39;ll be good. Keep it simple&#33;

ras - heres better more proportional simple letters, copy it all you want, after alil while maybe try extending the top east-west bar of the T both ways like a canopy interacting or actings as a backdrop to the other letters like the top of inkbits Ts . .

Hey newby, you&#39;re doing gridlines which is good when working with letter proportions...but use a ruler to make them straight and also do vertical gridlines as a lot of your vertical bars are different sizes. I dunno if you saw but i did a quick tut for you like 7 or so pages back about the bar theory thing - might be worth looking at. Other than that you&#39;re getting there.

Sumoe those are some seriously sweet letters man, it&#39;s gonna be real interesting to see how your letters progress to more wildstyle...wonder who will influence you?
