Tricks...Has it not been said that branching out and developing your own style origionally comes from seeing other simple things? Its all good and everything but I&#39;m just saying...I thought that C structure is basically a standard in a lot of pieces...I have seen something like that in a bunch of older post...so is it really much of a bite or more of a base for people to go from?

Edit* Yes I know that a toy would say something to defend themselves but I am actually saying that the C has been done like that more often than any other C in that category of styling..no disrespect though :P

Bumpage.. tight shit naruto, nice dub/simple youve got going, just work on the steez.

Tron- lose the faces, just keep playing with it , try and keep all the letters to a similar height and style like where on the "R" and "M" they have a squiggly bit on the right side , try adding that to the other lettters.

Seyar- I like the piece apart from the "A" the top left part of it just seems to thin and out of place, fatten it up a bit. The throw ios really nice but the Y and A look identical, but I wouldnt worry.

Ante up- That throw looks a bit saggy and floppy, put a gap between The U instead of a line down the middle of it and same with the N, dont make it all stick togother if you get what I mean.


Sezer- Very nice colouring and overall identical look, the letters are a bit weak but Im sure your mum was happy :P. Cant see the bear to well.

Alive- Looks abit faint so I cant see it to well but the extensions look natural, nice work and the look is very nice, looks a tad bit swinging towards CEZR style though, but nethertheless good shit.

Sume- Very nice, got a pure flow to it, just not to keen on the "U" leaning back on the S like that, just keep playing with it but a mass improvement.

Deadpoolerz- scrap everything on that sticker, It all looks wack, lose the arrows and everything , take some inspiration from a few of the simples in this thread and notice people with good proprtion and solid letters get good criticism, you need a backbone to your letters before you add extensions and such, try and get a perfect VAC going with nothing else to it except maybe some 3-D, Use bars the same width and round off the edges.

This is a FLICK and CRIT thread only.... Is it that hard to follow those steps to make this thread more helpful to all of you?

I&#39;m not trying to be a dick, and I don&#39;t like banning peoples accounts, but it&#39;s a simple fucking rule to follow. It&#39;s followed in the big boys forums well, and when it&#39;s not, people get suspended for it. I don&#39;t want to do that here, but I don&#39;t know what else to do to get this thread on track and make it the efficient, helpful thread it&#39;s supposed to be.

We have a Toy story thread and a Toy chat thread. We also have a PM system. You guys need to start using it, cuzz the mods in the other forums don&#39;t have to spend the first 30 minutes when they log on deleting crap posts, and I&#39;m not down for it either.

Ras, I appreciate the props, but this is NOT the thread for you to just talk about random ass shit and then BUMP a post that just talks about random ass shit. Syn, the sizing (up down) is a bit wiggly. take a ruler and draw 2 parallel lines a few inches apart and draw the letters using the bar method inbetween them. And also try to make your letters more even, look at the X, K, and the R.

Dia- No shame in simples man, learn the structure and proper thickness in relativity to other letters. then go as crazy as you want :)

Sank..no beef...or anything....but every sketch you do...the letters are always exactly the same...just try experimenting with different letter forms...different flows...the way they bend etc. andi also think some of the connections are unesecary too..like the K extension goes to nowhere..same with the back of the N..i dont get it..and also..i think you shud make the A flow with the N abit more too...but...you do have a decent set of letters there...jyst keeping them the same size , width , hight and keep them flowing..and you could be off...just experiment more with different letters and addons..as i dont get the 3 bars at the end of letters...iv gatherd that there only used as a part of the letter...like...a bar...but chopped towards the end...not a addon...like i say....experiment...and if your goind for a euro look..look at alot of euro shit..and study it..

HABBIT - NOT nice simples, keep your bars the same width and then they will be nice
SANK - good letter structure compared to most people on this forum but it lacks in some parts..
RAYSEONE - letter structure is good, work on making ur letters look good before u add ur wack extensions...because if you take the extensions away the piece is garbage...( im only being mean to you because u understand letter structure and you have potential...im just giving you advise to get better..) EDIT:the e looks good tho, now that i look at it a second time

Sank im pretty sure thas the exact sketch i gave crits on at least a week ago, in fact, im positive nothings changed, like i said before, fix the S, watch your width on the A, dont connect the K but keep those ltitle doo-dads, theyre aight in my books

Pantalone, good job keepin it simple, but that 3D NEVER works, no one can make that shit look nice, it always endds up looking toy when you add that vanishing point 3D, where it actually connects to the vanishing point...try some straight down 3D or, to the left or right for now

ras, edit*&#33; did you just have a blue and black piece before that one? ...i coudla sworn...hmm, wahtever, lol if it says "AMKAH", then the sapce betwen the K and A needs serious work, youre damn good at colouring, which often hides some bad letter structure, but that M is fresh as all hell, best letter youve ever done, just get the others looking like that , and fix and or lose the extension on that A

yeah man, just the blank space between the A and K, it could be because your tilting the letters, and the H is too small

i wouldnt mind seeing you put alot of "random" ( but not too random ) extensions up in that piece, but be confident with them, and make them FAT, unlike thoes little slivers youve got coming out of the left top side of each letter

the paper is white, so i did the sketch and forcefield first, and then made the paper black, because i dont have markers that go over black
so thats the reason of the sloppy forcefield
oh btw, the pink is actually red
