king-- for your writ is cool i think if you sharpen the edges and make them consistant.. like the A is diff than the rest so if you made them more and mad the edges pop more it would look cool.. and maybe push them together a little.

just point them in the same exact direction, align the paper with the ruler and make all your lines on the 3d the same thickness. as in make at all half an inch not part one inch and parts half and inch.

good to see your using bars but theres no point in using em if your trying to go way beyond your potential. basically lose the extensions( dont go completely simple just slant your letters etc try to juts bend the main bars a bit so its not taking away from the structure. in all honestly your R looks like shit, so i think you shouold rework it and lose the heart thing of the A. keep your letters the same width and stuff tho becuz your left bar of the A is so thin compared to the D. basically just dont try to go too crazy too fast becuz sometimes wild and unreadable isnt good, all good writers can make letters look good without extensions

ok this is...alright now look at ALOT of throws in the pic gallery(the entire throws thread is what i did..) and around your city to get ideas and see how far you can push some ideas and blah etc...
and see how the last towo letters are curved at the tops? do the same thing with the c and e's tops, and idk if this would look gewd but where the middle of the c and e are curved into point try that with the middle right of the s

Grape- im really sorry for this but im gonna be completely truthful, that looks horrible, it has zero flow, the lines look really awkward, and the letters are well crap, also i think throw ups shouldn't look "Sketched" in my opinion, try it again but make the shapes of the letters less "Square" and instead of just sticking in lines to turn the shapes into your letters, mold the shapes so the lines look less awkward, just look around at some throws and start from there
Afek- not a bad simple, work on the K though, beef it up ditch the background
Socrates- stigma? kind of hard to read but really nice, feelin the style, the blending of the T and I looks like a G though maybe separate them?
AMK- i like the lettering, flows well and is smooth, the fill confuses me though, half of a letter is the same color as half another letter? The character is sub par as well, stick with your usual characs, looks like its gonna end up lookin fresh, i like that your shit is original
Glass- figured i'd give you a crit since you've bumped that same pic at least 5 times, looks nice i guess, the A needs alot of work though, looks like your trying to make something work that doesnt work? Im not a big fan of "Pattern" sketches either so i gues im biased, but i just think these pattern pieces that alot of people do don't take much creativity, its the same bending pattern over and over for each letter...bleh i dont know might just be me though
Hunting- i love fat letters and bars so of course i love that piece, the G though, looks out of proportion, maybe bulk up the C part of it (Might not understand, sorry i make up alot of shit) not feeling the REM as much but its nice as well, i think its the fill
Revolt- your bars and widths are way way off, stick with a set width for now then work your way up
Baze- honestly i don't like the b, i have more of an appreciation for simpler letters that look nice, instead of an average letter with 1000 souped up transformer power ranger add ons

Work on making all your bars the same width. Start by doing the letters on your keyboard, you've tried to distort them to much and you need to take a step back.
Don't do that top extension you did on the first sketch to your S, it looks like a 3.
Orange is a terrible colour to use to outline in both those sketches. A green would make them pop more. Try looking at a colour wheel when picking colour skeme and pick contrasting colours to the fill colour for outlines.
In regards to your 3d, next piece you do put a dot anywhere around your piece about 2-3 inches away from it. Now, any side that is exposed to that draw a 1 inch line towards the dot. All your lines should be pointing at the same point. Don't do what you did in your first sketch with the blue until you are more comfortable with 3d, those lines should also all be going in the same direction though.
Keep practicing and go simple!

I think your B has too much going on with it. Other than that, I like it. Maybe twist the S a bit more to your style

I recommend writing it out without bars extraordinarily fast, and adding your litttle handwriting nuances to it a little at a time, then exaggerating just a bit.
