fash - i think its too flash, with the hole in the top making it look like a G and the break in the tail and the extension through the body of the Y and the arrow, it makes it look like you are trying too hard. i dunno, mabye colour in the 3D and see if it looks better or focus more on changing up the letter instead of just adding extensions...

theres so many things wrong with that, but dont be discouraged. im here to help. lets begin. Firstly, Y. Look at that. You can either make it like that, or even better, y. Like that. Sometimes they have curves. Lets just forget about that for now.

Secondly. The upper right hand corner makes NO sense. Theres like 6 bits were the bar should be. I mean, why? Bits and addons make sense only when yout letters make sense. But those are just structuraly unsound all the way through.


The bar thickness is inconsistant.

Why is there a hole in your left bar? Jeez.

That arrow. Wow, just get rid of it.

The only bit that makes sense is the one on the bottom left. Otherwise just start over.

Also the circles dont make sense. There just sitting there.

Fash: Although Enigmatic ripped your shit to shreds, I think he was only critting your Y, which IS pretty wack.
HOWEVER, your above post of your letter progression is right on. Keep going with the bar constructed letter progression. It is helping you a lot.
After getting your letter progressed to where they end on that page, you can try tweaking the thicknesses a little bit, make some lines not parallel, round off some ends in various ways... distort them a little bit, y'know?

And please... get rid of that picture in your signature.

i think you need to get back to simple round block letters before you try dis-proportioning your letters and get ride of those ugly points at the end of all your letters round the points out and leave spaces between the legs of the R dont overlap them and do the same with the n and the e leave space between the bars. The hole in the o is to big. Pretty much scrap the whole thing :( and your drop shadow is good but you have to continue lowering the bottom because its lower at the top so it should come down past the letter

except on the first one i think the skinny part of the r doesnt really fit well
but its a pretty good piece i like what you did with the E,S, and A if you just make the skinny part of the r thicker itd look nicer

and the 2nd one the S somes down a farther than the rest maybe even it up wth the rest of your letters and maybe make the middle of it a little thicker as well but other than that man those are pretty good

haz-e -- clean, refreshing to see some dope colors on a simple. just don't like the topright bit.

roolete -- man you're piecing is alright. solid, minus the bit on the C. find a different way to draw it out to fill the space.

maste -- M is messed on the first one, whole thing needs to be raised so the left isnt so squished. third one, lose the bits coming off the bars, 3D looks off, could just be me. 5th one's letters are too thin on the right side of the piece. last piece's biggest issue is the E.

beizarro, your letters look good just generally looking at them, but when you look closely at each letter they seem to be wierd i gueess. for example your R n B look awkward, pretty good starting blocks tho

cile - i like the new way that your stuff is heading, i already told you it reminds me of some like techy shit or sumithing, i dunno its dope tho, the only thing i dont really like, is how the bottom bar of the z and e are so thin, because it doesnt seem to bad now, but as your style progresses i think it is going to be really hard to find your letters, i think if you keep working with it thouhg, find out where its good to keep stuff thick, where its good to thin it down a bit i see that style looking great. just basically trial and error. you stickers and stuff are outta this world tho man, keep doing that shit
