draw the alphabet in that style, until you can get practically every letter perfect.
you should be able to write almost any word with one particular style.

the top of the R doesnt flow. the leg on the are doesnt match up with the other bars/ the e is fine except the middle bar is round. plus the E is kind of a seize bite. the G is messed in many ways. lose the arrow bar on the bottom. and whats up with that bar coming off the top? loose it. and if your going to have arrows dont have them coming out of thin air. use them coming off thiner extensions

Ren - Where are you from? if it is some where in the UK, australia or half way around the world from canada and the US you can keep your name otherwhise change it. That name has mad history in North America. Someone should have already told you, plenty of other good names out there. I also think you should lose the really thick 3d, concentrate on letter structure before worrying about fills. When I first started writing someone told me forget doing the 3d and giving it a fill, slowls you down from the amount of sketches you can get done. Concentrate on doing outline after outline and before you know it you will have done 100 sketches and 10 will be decent as opposed to 10 sketches and maybe 1 decent one.
Reign - I am feeling what Atlok said exactly, get rid of those random arrows, fix up that G by dropping the arrow and the top extention. Although the R doesn't fit with the rest of the letters I like it. I am down for an exchange with you but you may have to give me a day or two.
Sketch - Your V looks like a Y, I like your second E and hide the parts of the letters that are being overlaped. I personally don't like the way you have done your outline showing both letters even though they are overlapping. If you really like doing it then maybe have the outline break where it overlaps. If you are confused I can show you an example.
