Nez, stay with your simple letter structure it looks like the arrows are just forced to make it more wild. not every piece needs arrows and wild connnections and shit to make it dope. dont force it. but your letter structure looks pretty good and the coloring is dope.

con- yo man, stop picking fights with other kids. its not cool any more. but yeah about your letters. if i were you i would try and do simples for a while (mabie check out the new to graff thread for advice). i know it sounds retarded but it works. i used to go crazy with wack extensions and letters that wernt even letters. but then just a couple weeks ago i really started to tone down my letters and worry less about trying to make my letters look like really dope ones like the wildstyles you see in the street and shit and just try and develop my own simple style. you progress way faster that way. ask any one in the thread how ive progressed alot in the last couple weeks just from toning down my letters.

that looks a lot better than your other shit. watch your lines, there bumpy. keep it smooth, and when your making the bar wide to thin, do it at a slight rate. nothing too crazy like what you have going. i dont like the S though, dont overlap the letter with itself. and the middle bar on your A, line it up with the bump on the outside of the letter. straighten the A a bit, and push the S and O to the right a bit. make it flow a bit more

unless your drawing your fill first as a referance for your outline, dont worry about one. For shadow, just use a drop shadow for now. pretend you're moving your letters slightly up and to the right and where ever they were before you moved them color black. heres what i mean:

cais, a s has two twist right? top and bottom one, but you have too much foucus on the bottom twist and not the top, so it doesn't really look like an s...... but all other letters look fine to me, a is a little more wild then the other letters, but nothing big.

make your A S and E the same height as the b. i guess some people do that the way you did it because when theyre taught how to write regular print, they're taught that the lower case letters are half as tall as upper case. yeah just make them as tall as the B... like this: Base LOL. not like this: Base ok go.
