I&#39;m not to sure about the colours (only ones I had), I hate the B, and the black line around the tag is a bitty iffy. Other than that, what do you think?

Gabe, don&#39;t connect the letters, and move them closer together, and yeah the b needs to be 1 piece. Try and make the letters all the same style. Just some advice from a fellow toy. Force, I&#39;m feelin the karaks, but the 3D is off. The style&#39;s cool though.

I&#39;m only posting my half-decent attempts. One&#39;s that I&#39;ve drawn, inked and coloured. I&#39;ve scribbled down loads of other tags and shit but none of them were good enough, in my opinion to post.

I like the general concept of the tag. You need to make sure that the thickness of the letters stay consistance throughout the word, otherwise it starts looking like badly crafted play-dough. The black areas in between the words looks out of place and frankly, quite pointless, try adding a black background around the tag to remedy this. Also; lose the underline. Just my two cents.

Can anyone recommend good markers for blackbooks.. I find Expo2&#39;s work well on the paper, altho they are originally designed for marker boards. I&#39;ve tried some sharpie highlighters but the paper justs sucks em&#39; all up.. Any advice?

oh and P.S Metallic silver sharpies are great for blackbookies..

i just use anything i have near me if i aint got anythin and i just think about somethin. u dont have to right away use markers right of tha bat. use markers when u kno ur gettin gooder. sharpies aint all that great. in my opinion sharpies are like tha alternative choice

detriot id say start as simple as your first dont worry about adding 3d at first just stick to getting your letters proportionized check a few of the bold fonts on your processer program or even on the net font world or summat
paractice them as many times a day as u can the more u practice the better they will become

yea dude like the other guy said, keep letters the same size, start with block letters. if u do bubbles, make sure all letters are bubbles or have the same style. no sharp ass right angles in bubble letters. look t other peoples stuff and see how they do bubbles, but don&#39;t bite.

wheeze, the key to drawing "believable" people (characters like yours) is giving them some rigidity. the reason yours doesnt look good is because it&#39;s flimsy, the arms are weak (bent) and so are the fingers. im not saying use straight lines, but you have to have a grasp on anatomy. that char you drew has no sense of structure to him, he doesnt have a skeleton, you have to remember that the human body has a framework of bones, straight ones, and even in character drawing you have to follow some rules of anatomy (even if you abstract the proportions a little, ie: skinny arms or big head) in order to make it look believable.

ill try to do some drawings to give you an idea tommorow.

they&#39;re sort of plain, all made of the same oval shapes. it&#39;d be like making letters of all squares, or all triangles. i think you&#39;ve done a decent job, the 2nd one has some character i think, but it&#39;s sort of vanilla with just the one shape.

Those are hella old. I used the wrong marker so I just did the whole outline w/ th fat one. My newest sketches are on the last page I think, I need some help with those.

first off dont come at me ***** with yo wack ass character you took a fuckin week to draw, I was doin shit like that in preschool and I&#39;m dead serious. WTF are you even talkin about writin my name, ***** the only reason that laces shit was wack was because the marker was too fat and I had to do the whole outline with it. It shows more with a fat marker than a fuckin pencil. I dont even do charachters that much and they&#39;ll still shit on yours. If you still got bullshit comin out of your mouth we can battle it out BITCH.

on the top one make the I taller and the "o" kinda looks like an "a"

on the second one dont overlap the 3d and work on the k a little.

the 3rd 1 is dope except for the I is too short again try to keep all the letters the same size and proportionate.

on the 4th one the "I" is too short again, and the O is round, you need to make a block o to go with the block letters.

the last 1 make the "O" bigger and bring the bottom part of the "k" down even with the other. Hope that helps you&#39;ve got serious potential. and that shading is sexy.
