overall i think thats the best i have seen from you yet.
just an opinion but i would drop the diagonal bar lower on the z so it mirrored the L a bit more and the w is weak but i know how much of a pain in the ass they can be.

ENKM, go to the main forum and then into the throws/bombs thread and check out some photos there, draw some inspiration from dem big heads, see how they operate their machinery etc... for a starting point, I'd say just spend a good couple hours checking ot flicks, nothing more. find what you like and start practicing on a similar style.
but in general, I'd say u need to structure your letters better, and give them better flow if u know what I mean, you probably have the idea in mind, but you need the practice

either shorten the left bar on the w or make the right bar taller. on the bottom of your w on the right those weird curves don't really make sense...make them sharper..work on that e...lines are kinda shaky...and the bottom leg of the e should be goin more out instead of up, maybe connect that bar on the R to the bar on the E or something like that. idk whats up with that thing on your R..you know what im talkin about. and the kicking leg should be more even instead of skinny to big. i feel like i can see you drew a line across the top to make it proportionate....yet you went right above it with the r and the tip of the m....the 3d is on point except the W has a little bit more than the rest...your M looks fine to me just try and make the M and W match. I like the little background hatchpattern thing. keep it up bro

Other than that its pretty chill might try yellow green and black <-just my take pastel green regular yellow and thick black lines would work pretty well.

Heads up I just took up a 4 letter word once to feel it out. chill the hell out. I don't go by sane I just figured hey I don't use those letters often. So if someone happened to have a similar idea awhile ago I really don't give a shit. And again the shit took me like 5 minutes so ease up just figured I'd work on my lettering and hopefully get some crits since my last crit said my work was nearly elligible. But sure thanks for overlooking the idea completely simply becasue the letters have been used before.

zewl,lose some of those extensions and add ons.you got alot of them and it takes away from the actual letters,the L should be elongated becasue its leg is kinda long and it makes it look a bit like a w.i would lose the arrow hearts on the w too.but thats me.


all in all its not bad,it just seems jumbled.you look like your using too many add ons to cover up negative space,you should try different spacing and a thicker 3d.that will make the negative space less noticable.

menace- I like that style, looks dope. only thing is i don't see a point of origin on the arrow on the right of the word. If you're gonna use an arrow or connect something, its always a good idea to not have it come out of nowhere.

safe i like that a lot, it has nice flow and the fill looks nice. only suggestions id have is to have that one part of the a go through instead of going over (take out the horizontal lines where it overlaps) and make your bars more equal. some of the flares are good but the middle of the S, right of the a, middle of the f and top left of the e seem too thin IMO

thanks Sick. Im just kinda irritated that the only feed back I get when I post my work is do keyboard letters. I actually tried taking their advise for the last 3 pieces I've worked on and their advice is the only thing that hasn't changed.

Ante- It never hurts to look at another persons style take what you like leave what you don't, and tweak it to be your own. Idk you seem to be in a similar boat to me and the whole keyboard letter thing hasn't helped me at all. maybe it takes a little more time investment maybe its hopless. Either way just keep on working at your bound to improve.

you new kids just dont get it, its not about goin out and puttin keyboard letters up on a wall, its about learning what makes a K a K or how an M is built. You need to be familiar with the structure of the letters before you start to tweak them or else the tweaks are gonna take away the basic form of the letter and its gonna end up looking like shit. You need to learn about bars because it doesnt look like any of you are using them. You need to understand where extensions fit and complement your letters rather than just putting them in wherever you have some open space. Its not about writing straight letters and thats it, its about learning what makes each letter up and then once you get that, you can tweak them and add more style.

Cause I'd see wildstyles and couldn't read any more than a letter or two. and then this whole keyboard lettering thing kinda just wouldn't stop guess it just got to me. bars are basically rectangles yes, for example, an H is two vertical bars with a horizontal one in between, and a C is just one big curved bar. Work with bars and make sure you keep the width of them consistant throughout your whole piece. You should really check out the new to graffiti thread

it looks like youre sketching your lines really slowly, cause they look all shaky...do your lines in one quick motion, don't be scared to fuck up, its just paper...so eventually when you paint and whatnot it wont take you 20 minutes to sketch out a straight letter...more like 1....or 30 seconds..

thanksh guysh.... i use one4alls and decos... most of what i posted was with the one4alls, im tryin to cover every page of my blackbook, even pages with a lot of tags and throws all over them... those throws and straights are over top of multiple layers of paint and ink... and ill say it again one4alls are the best paint markers out there

i like ur handstyles somber, looks like u could tweak them just a little and they could be oneliners.... the arrows dont look bad... the bars are decent, just get ur 3d perfect and add highlights and that shits gonna jump off the page

i think ur H is a bit too blocky compared to the other letters, and the S hides it too much... try drawing out every letter individually even though they overlap, then when u go back u can choose which lines to keep, and have letters overlapping different ways and poking through each other.
i see where ur vanishing point is so i can tell u know how to 3d, just make sure its right, it looks like the 3d in the top parts of ur letters isnt pointing down far enough, and on the bottom half of the E its kinda just wonky, i nitpick i guess but im tryin to help... use a ruler to line everything up to that point if u have to

@Flat: work on that T, kind of looks like an F with that arrow...lose some of those arrows, they're pointles. On your A i dont know about that curve going through the top. And if your going to add the top of the A anyway, at least make it connect with the other bars...its a little off. The L is pretty good to me, except maybe the little extention on the top of it going off to the left...color it and see what it looks like
