I like the overall flow of the letters, despite the common thought on exact bars, simplicity and uniformity being thrown out there at the moment. You obviously have skill, evident in the way your line work "tails off" the way it should ie - on the "o" , on the joiner and and at letter indents. I don't particularly like the line above the "o" but then I never have like that as form provider and considering the random elements that can end up in my pieces like arrows that look like.. "flaccid cocks" ( thanks McTasty ) I cant really be critical. I like the choice of colour for the fill, think it suits the piece. Overall I like the old skool appeal. Now I sure you don't give a shit about what I think given our first interaction a month ago when I joined this forum, I was in the wrong place though thanks for that, just didn't realise the forum layout. But there you have my 2bits take it or leave it.

wils, guess I got to be the one to tell you bro but those letters need fixin', first off the wavy thing you're doing got to stop, second thing it dont appear to me that there is any concept of bars being used. Even if i'm wrong about that dont bend them so much it comes off like you're trying too hard. If you're going to bend them do it ever so slightly. Keep using those bars. Also it would be good to practice an outline, doing that helped me.

I dunno Buck. Why don't you focus a bit more on letter structures before throwing in that much colour? You obviously know how to do that, but the letters aren't working. Furthermore, don't just throw in a million of the same additions, like cracks, glares, bubbles, and - especially - drips. It's just overkill (and none of them are done right, so that they distract from the rest of the sketch, which is of higher quality).

Hipe - Looks ok, I dont think the H is too bad I quite like it. Use bars and straight letters and it will help u get better.
Buck - I like it but too busy as has been said. If you want to get better at letters then just forget colours n shit for now, in the time it probably took to colour and add effects to that one piece you could draw 4 or 5 black and white pieces and your letters will develop way quicker.
Wiz - Looking better keep using them bars.

Wiz go fill up a notebook with only pen handstyles. Then look around at other peoples handstyles, take notes, and do it again. A better handstyle does more to your pieces than you think.

@ ewal - dig the portal theme, MN is right about keeping letters uniform though, either way the top one looks clean even if it isnt totally on point, what if you used the question mark fill on the enigma but like going with the letters, so you flip ? on its side and make it line up with ENIGMA, i think that would be cool
