well, i do listen to crits, and i try to give crits but to be honest i don&#39;t really get much apart from "keep it up" even when i can see there&#39;s bits i don&#39;t like in my stuff. i don&#39;t see many non-toys looking in here, maybe if we got crits from really experienced people the toys would listen to them more.

vose im not a big fan of the first one. but i wud say with that make sure the width is consistent. its pretty gd bt like at the bottom of the S it goes a bit skinny. 2nd one, i think the hole in the O is too big, and its too skinny at the top. i like the style of the last one bt the bottom of the E doesnt work. its too big or sumit.... keep at it tho man i like em alot

etcha - i used a thin black pen, and a silver gel pen, that&#39;s all. thought it came out good :D

laeos - it looks a bit like you&#39;re making shapes and then trying to put the letters in them. you should really go for for a different method, here something i took from knowme on 12oz..

Like Backtoyou said, I dig the colors, and just the overall layout itself. The only part that I don&#39;t really like is the top of the "e"(the inside hole looks disproportionate) looks kinda messy and the P doesn&#39;t really fit the other letters in like size and style... just my 2 cents but it&#39;s good keep it up man.

What I was talking about are the two bottom arrows on the first I... I think they are a little big and kinda make the whole bottom look strange. Also, the center line on the E kinda is lacking a bit.

Yeah, your right the colors are shit but I can see where your yellow died so it&#39;s all cool. The 3d is kinda messed up in some places and the CI looks sketchy. The white lines in the 3d make it look way too complex and the bottom tail on the S is wack. Just my 2 cents, keep it up.

Alright- you want crit? Here&#39;s my opinions :

1) way too many fucking arrows..... the letter structure is decent as in I can make out most everything, but what happened with the color job? Was it supposed to look like your marker ran out?

3) I like the color scheme and the 3d is ok. I like the basic simple letter structure but the "ens" are smaller than the rest of the letters.... but I kinda like whats going on with the white worms or whatever they are.

5) the colors are crazy, looks like a fucking acid trip. the problem is with all the colors and extra stuff i can&#39;t make out any letters except an E....

And I&#39;m not trying to start beef, that&#39;s just my 1 cent.

The one with the small ens is kinda shady but i dropped that for a friend in like half an hour so i didn&#39;t spend much time refining anything
in fact, i didn&#39;t really spend much time on any of them asides from the tenser with the big shady r at the end.
Most of my stuff i just shit out of my ass and leave the paper smelling like yesterdays garbage.
the more abstract one was my shady attempt at a piece style that i&#39;ve seen around, unfourtunatly i failed and that artsy fartsy seting came out instead ~___~
I didn&#39;t even remember doing the one with tags for fills until my boy sent me the pic :/ and the one with the gorillaz character i sketched out the tenser in red pen but all the fills and such were done by my friend at a later date, guess he didnt think it was as bad as i did. so ya thats my life story thanks for the critz lotus

The first one doesn&#39;t appeal to me at all.... the 3d isn&#39;t very great and the colors don&#39;t go together at all. Also, some of your letters like the "d" aren&#39;t as wide as the letters like the "m". They all gotta look the same size...

The second one needs a lot more work, and the two arrows comming out of the top I don&#39;t really dig....

Edit..that W only looks slightly bitten from Meser, but only anal freaks would bitch about that, and its barely slightly IF THAT. People bitch too much about biting, there are only so many ways you can do simples for letters.

Plus, observing other styles helps build knowledge in the game of style and design, minimal biting helps to some degreee inorder to help yourself learn and develop further.

So please, toys need to stop bitching about biting so much. Everyone does and did it....Unless you dont have eyes, then you are one original cat.

Naw but really looks nice and clean. liking the negative spaced dome atop the letters along with the dots for the letter holes. I dont see much wrong with it, but do me a favor...tweak the G tail so it ends like the bottom K leg and maybe make the top K leg a bit longer like the G top.

Not saying this will look better, just more symmetric and uniform. The way I like it most.

Tricks >> the M dont like how the end curves in, liking the small O, the top N would look nicer if it was more parallel with the underline, nice S, not liking the T that looks like an I, E is nice except how it connects to the R, enlarge the R and get rid of the X in the middle.
