I actually like the second one... but the first one is meh. The E looks like a C and the C looks like an R... also, try to stay proportional. The capital S is tiny compared to the lowercase "ec".... Just my 2 cents though.

for the bottom one, get it to lay even, draw a straight horizontal line on the paper before you get started . . . then look for areas where you can give the north to south lines a lil kink, either bend it in or bend it out . . . . once you get the bends for the NS lines/bars down then you can look for areas where you can start to add curves to the rest of the lines/bar . . . . .

Yeah, it&#39;s just so generic, and I&#39;m trying to give as much help as I can without getting into specifics, or talking shit.

Plain bubble letters can only do so much for you, but you are on the right track as far as trying to develop your style...but i wouldnt put the sticker anywhere if i was you. :P

I have had trouble with the name, it comes from my emcee name,Ziontific, which was given to me by the guy who mentored me in lyricism, its because at the time i was using words like Quark and enzyme and stuff so he said im gonna call you scientific, and I was living with some rastafarians at the time so I said no I like ziontific. ive tried to change the name before, but found myself struggling to come up with something different that meant something to me. anyways I DO appreciate your critisim and im only painting canvas, I probably already spent too much money on all the krylon canvas and caps I bought, BUT i have done my research, I ownthe style wars special edition DVD (which has awesome special features), read william upskis book "bombing the suburbs", and I have always observed Graff, I also just recently went to NY and went to the wall of fame and Scrapyard where i bought a bunch of caps i dont even know how to use. anyways this is a rediculously long post whic his partly due to the fact that i dont know anyone out here where i just moved and hence have no friends, lol.

Hey kid, go simpler on those tags, start out writing your letters just like normal handwriting and working on getting them to flow together. But a chisel tip marker too. Once youve got letters that flow well together then you can start thinking about adding on arrows and underlines or w/e u wanna do.

the word enzyme sounds dope to write but kinda long... but ya zion is used in toronto and many big citys but who cares write wat u want n just practice for about another 11months n see where ur at thats wat i was told 17months and im still drawing more then i paint but im a bomber..

Kosy- The first one isnt real bad. The fill Looks like flowers in there and the yellow things dont look right. Work alot on your structure(making every part of the letter equal in width and size). Go to the "New to Graff" thread for some help. But otherwise, good try.

Go back to blockbusters rock them a while then mould letters

this sketch still looks pretty much the same. the second leg of the A is positioned a little lower but thats basically it.

Necro- Its a nice change. Good job. When coloring I like doing a dark color for the "face" of the letters than a lighter color for the 3-d. Or the opposite. You dont have too, but it usually works for me. Be creative on the fill and 3-d. Add some shading to the 3-d and some kind of design with your fill. Again, you don&#39;t have to. Simple works just fine.

im painting on canvas in my garage, just for practice, but ive decided to save my money( i spent alot on paint and caps) and just stick to sketching for now.

Dude... just sketch on paper... so you can correct mistakes and itll be so much easier... get it on paper before paint...

yeah i was doing that from the begining with my painting stuff, I sketch it in pencil, outline it in marker and color it in with marker, then i paint it, i was bombing for a bit, but i did it in a REALLY public place and then was like paranoid for three days, so im sticking to my book and my graage, even though ive hidden all my stuff i nthere for the time being.

If youve been doing simple for the last month then why is that your first peice. Keep to the simple shit for at least 4-6 months before progressing but its all about pace and feeling your letters, how fast you progress all depends on practice though. Keep it up.

Likeing that bomb evex, the flow&#39;s good, and it&#39;s different from the normal styles out there. And the force field is abit messy. I like the handstyles too.
