It's a nice chill day spot but unfortunately the lighting in the yard is against the loading dock which is 2 feet from the side of the freights...so it blocks all the light from the yard. You can see it on the other side, under the car. Poor planning on their part. Every yard should accommodate freight heads. ;)

The biggest problem at this spot is it's so dark behind the trains, when you look down and that little bit of light is there and you look back up to the dark side of the train, you're night vision is fucked. I've got some good yards that are well lit at night but this was 'convenient'. Next time I won't settle for convenience over quality.

i agree with you guys, i couldnt come up with an M when i was sketchin shit and so i was makin shit up when i was pianting if yuou look thre are mad different colored lines on the wall from trying different things... i was trying to get the left leg to look like the top of the E but i couldnt quite get the proportions right so it made everything looked fucked..

That right leg swings out a lot. Bring it in and under the middle piece so that big gap isn't there. It looks good now, but that extra inch or two will really tighten it up.

Cut out any unnecessary accents for now. I wouldn't have a solid bar running up the left side of the A. Maybe make them meet at the top? The letters as a whole need work, simplify. And the 3D is off man. But, if you're sobering up.. and working at it keep going. Sketch some more ideas.

It doesn't matter about skill level when it comes to crits. Someone might not be on the same level as you but they might have common sense and basic art skills. They might notice something wrong with your work and actually be able to give you an idea on how to correct it.
