true. aand you can paint in enlightened areas without getting caught...everyone knows that. i had to run once painting a highway...the chance a cop rolls onto you is pretty small, at least its what i have experienced.

I actually hit a (kind of) highway spot tonight at 8:30 (foggy as fuck). It was on an unpainted fence though, but it still showed up nice and you can see it from the highway. I'll check how it looks in the day tomorrow though. Thing about it was that while there was no light, I could still see.

Yeah we got street lights lol, but those are do or dies, I mostly go for prime time spots that are in visable during the day, but in a dark corner at night. I'm talking about doing fills and shit that requires more then 5 minutes, hands, and throws are all day street lights or not.

Firstly, raw concrete is for rollers. Don't fuse your E and R, purple that dark needs highlights, your outline is lost in the bottom half of the piece. Maybe make the 'loop' in your R a little bigger or less crushed, and tweak your M, maybe more like your W. With letters so horizontally stacked, theres no point in putting the 3d behind the piece, swing that shit underneath. Also, I think that style of arrow is gayer than eight dudes blowing nine dudes.

I'm hopin to do some painting this summer when im back home, so hopefully ill get somewhat decent by then

That sounds rough man, makes me happy I considered graffiti when picking a college. Got 2 yards w/ in biking distance and plenty of chill bridges and layups.

You could always buy some marking paint, the kind that works upside down for writing on sidewalks and shit, and paint the asphalt. That and marker tags on any signs is better than nothing. And if walmart keeps a big truck in the loading dock theres always that.

Rewt- My crit to you is move on from where you at. Redo your whole throw style. The letters just plain suck, there nothing I can see tweak to make your letters look better. It just lacks solid throw structure. The random dots that extra shine lines, the E going all the way back. It just lacks good posture. Look at alot of other peoples stuff and youll start to notice how things sit and apply that same thing to work out all the kinks to your style.

I just like to hate on kids here because
A)Its way to easy
B)There reactiongs are funny
C)College is boring
80% of the people on here end up falling off in a couple months. It doesent take that long to get good at letters, Probably a year and a half if you actually pay attention and listen. Kids on here dont listen to crits or really work on there style thats why critting on here is just lame, its way funnier just to flame some wack shit that is unfixable. I think ive been seeing like 3-4 people actually progress there shit here in the past 2 years, for example off the top of my head is wgone.

Finally If you knew where I lived then you would know why I haven't painted bigger spots, Skill is one thing in this game, but on the other side is respect and spot respect. Theres not alot of new writers where I live and there are a bunch of heavy hitters that have been putting in work for quite some time. I cant just go to any bridge and paint because most of them around me are killed with quality and quantity. Spot respect is a huge part of the game and I havent been painting long enough to go there yet. Theres not alot of writers around me so If I do bomb or tag shit 9 times out of 10 a writer isent gonna see it, you know who will? Vandal squad. I know multiple idiots who have gotten charges for drunk tagging and that kinda shit and its just because cops in my town have no real crime to fight. So now do you get why I prefer so keep my shit on the down low. I have to much shit to risk if I get caught, school,my job etc and I know its part of the game but I'd like to keep my charges down to a minimum.

This is the truth. I tried smoking off the herb bud before. It was way too moist. You could light it, but it would go out shortly after. I imagine if I tried it with a bowl or bong, it COULD have worked, and is probably pretty sweet. Worth a shot one day I guess.
