Dreg- thats fressssh, super fuckin clean man. only thing i can point out, could be opinion, shit idk, but the D and R could be a bit blockier on the rounded parts. its just the DR got them rounded sides, and the EG are straight square

Read you loud and clear Dankbudz, there aint much I can do with the E, but i'll sketch it out again today, the G was supposed to be rounded on the left sides (top left peyothe button on G covers the curve, but I just plain fucked up the bottom left of the G

Also, I noticed the arm ofthe G is a bit high and too thin. G itself is too long also, I will be painting this again before I move on, I'll post if there are improvements.

Man, people!!! lay off FLATSKANK. I like his work, it isn't FUAG anymore it looks more like FLAG, the T still needs work but the kid has a skill level I would sell my soul for. Letter structure needs work, but don't tell the guy/gal to try more simplifying. Just don't have non-sense extensions. I swear, for being an obvious toy, he is a good one. Can control is there, colour schemes are usually KILLER and the characters usually look bomb (even though mostly from "how to draw" internet pages)

Flat, keep rocking shit, play with that T til it looks how it should, but keep writing what you have now. Listen to these fools, but don't take it all to heart, everyone knows graffiti is a jealousy ridden experience.

Phat, I think that was the most positive "tantrum" I could have come up with, 20 pages back you can see people ragging on Flat. But seriously, look at his first upload and the most recent, I don't think Flat has simplified anything, keeps moving, and it is getting better, I would love to see some flat straights and throws, but what is posted is some awesome shit for a toys forum.

On that note, I am thoroughly impressed with pretty much everything I have seen from Phat2. Throws are icky (in the best way possible) and very original piecing style, and dollar cans for that matter!

Hit the books some more before you go out painting again. Also if you're gonna try and do any kind of cuts, make sure the fill is consistent, it looks retarded having random dark lines in the middle of your fill (middle of your E especially)

tbh phat that's pretty weak compared to a lot of the stuff you've been puttin out lately. That a is fucking huge compared to everything else, the bubbles on both sides of the h look bad, the p gets too thin by the hole, the T is real thin compared to the rest of the letters, the 2 just kinda looks like a big blob and the highlights are too big

@ Ian: my extensions suck, I get it, but up something that you've done, and see how it stands beside something of mine, don't up something that is not yours, and say that it's better. My letters might "suck" but atleast they are original in a way, I'm trying my best not to bite anyone, and as for the fills, it's just to add some flavour to the piece other than just 1 tone for a fill, and black 3d. god-damn you can be a bitch when you want to.

Painted this last night on the inner perimeter of a fenced off abandoned hospital, the fence I hop to get in is about a 5 minute walk from where this was painted, a main street, hard fence to get over. etc. BUT, on my walk out at 2:30am I was quickly walking past a large row of painted over doors with glue or screws jammed into the locks because lots of nazi's and drunks break into the hospital and break shit. As I walked past the row of doors, they all started banging at once, like someone was trying to pull them open from the inside. I have been inside the hospital and there is a terrible vibe in there, I almost pissed myself because of the amount of noise coming from inside at 2:30. if there were drunks/nazi's in there they wouldnt have been able to see me and would have been fucking with the doors for another reason. I am pretty sure I had a ghostly encounter. I walked home fast with goose-bumps and laid in my bed with my heart pounding until 5:00 AM

definitely agree with phil on this one... I'm not gonna lie, it would've looked ten times better with some simple ass fill. but here's what happened, I was just chillaxing, painting slowly, taking all my time and just enjoying some quality daylight graffiti time by myself at that wall... so I was taking my time and I got fill-happy so I just kept going and going. twas a day off from work so I had nothing to attend to.
I could've gone way further and done worse with the fill had I not run out of drinks/paint to be honest.. haha

The shrouds are almost touching the ground whereas the freight canvas starts about knee high...
That's almost 2 feet of more canvas to work with.

same crits for Voltronix, Smec and Slip (the orange piece): you guys arent drawing from inspiration, do you have any favorite writers or anything that you can check letters from? because these letters lack EVERYTHING, be it flow, structure, consistency... rules of typography ALWAYS apply, even if you think "graffiti has no rules" my advice to you is to start real slow (smec, take your own advice) and begin by doing the realllly really simple bombs you can get.
a good example on where to start is the purple one slip painted in that last flick. imo, it's the only thing that has potential here.

The middle bar of the E should come out a little more to "meet" the B. The D needs a hole in it, and top hole in the B should be a little lower, as well as the bottom. The top of the T should be lower to meet the rest of the piece. Do that over and over again until your can control is so good that you can fill a letter to the point of not seeing behind it, without dripping.

your drop shadows off, the bottom of the T in particular. but the man above me stated the obvious. the line on the bottom of your U. have that come from the spine of your U then drop into the curved bar, rather than the curved bar go into the spine. if that makes sense. your D is not flowing the same angle as the rest of your letters either. keep it up though

there was this street festival downtown yesterday and my friend and I found a workshop that teaches youngsters how to do artsy murals using brushes and shit. turns out it was run by our 3rd crew mate. so she hooked us up with paint and we did this quick thing and let all the little kids there fill it out to their liking. it was pretty fun :)

just the white outlines by me, character by eps, and everything else by local youngsters :) background, fill, 3D... everything, little fuckers know how to drive brush
