REKON:good name but the r just seems out of place cuz it just so much bigger than the other letters.and to me the first letter always needs to be nice because that seems like the first thing people see.and that sheild you put around that bomb of yours is like 1 foot away from your letters,thats not bad if your doing a peice or your gonna fill it in.and you had those bubbles...this is a bomb not a peice so dont try to fancy it up.but over all its okay.

Actually, I kind of have the same queston Musa. I think it's just a big piece of plywood.
But for my commercial art class, we can use anything to make this style we are working on right now, such as make something random just by looking at these random items he has for us. And so I chose to use paint since we can do anything (from photoshop, to drawing, to photography, whatever), and all I need is a big canvas. So what I'm saying is, is that a big piece of plywood or what? And did you primer it so that it didn't get mad drips or soak in? Thank man, and I like it!

I aggree wit DJ supreme...that if you wanna get better at painting you need to paint more,cuz the more experience one gains with can control the more perfected thier pirce will seem ,even if the structure is off having a crisp projection to me is more important......most kids have tons of time to learn all of this stuff but me I'm almost twice most of y'all's ages so i have to make compromises in order to get up... so i think as long as you put your name by it people will know it's you until you can just get up and everyone will know it's you...

and to add to the shit it was raining like shit, so the colors that did stick to the wall looked bad. can't get caps other than stock... anyone can tell me how to make my own?

this paint is friggin' awesome...the caps let you do from half a finger to three finger widths...just takes a little practice,but it's all i'm ever gonna use from now on..

plus it doesn't have that typical aerosol olfactory disposition

i get cans from wal-mart which are actually on sale this week for 96 cents a can. Basically you get what you pay for. I usually take 1 can of krylon for the fill so that a fat tip can fit on it. And BTW anyone know what tips fit on wal-mart cans? im going to search forums right now. . . but it would help if anyone would give some feedback. thx

Anyone ever attempt to mod your own caps? I remember taking a lighter and a pin and used to make Shaving Cream caps extra thin so they shot farther. I was wondering if anyone tried making stock caps fatter by warming up a cap and using a nail or something.

Yea, Keep your letters a consistant size and straight lines are the best, not wavy ones.

and dont just free lance it... sketch it out first, that way you know what you're gonna do and how it should come out.

make the sketch very simple and klean and if u use say squarish bloks to make your letters you can leave the joins in pencil thru them that way you know where to join the bloks etc
and your letters will come out a hella lot cleaner aswell

the z is hot. make the e more proportionate (ie: the top leg-bit it bigger than the bottom leg-bit and it looks confusing), and try to add more style to it (just A LITTLE) so it fits the style of the z. same with the n, the 1st leg is thinner than the 2nd and it looks a little plain compared to the z.

thats a really good idea, but the a looks a little like a &#39;&#39;B&#39;&#39; with that curl thing you got goin on.....

also dont use gloss paints especially on that surfac coz it just gets soaked up.

YOu guys should def work on your karaks alot more. Your throw is ok, but you should make the I shorter, so itll drop down and you can throw a dot above it to line up with the top of the B. So like this "Bile".
