haha no the water was more receded i took the picture standing on the other bank after it had started raining so the water got higher.
funny story tho i was doing that during the day. which i never do cuz of bad experiences but hey and all these crackheads were watching me and i hear sirens stop on the bridge above and im like OH SHIT ran across the river stash the cans. well there weren't any cops so i run back across the river lol. also some mother and her son walked by and the son was tripppping out and the moms like ," looks goood keep it up hun" that felt good cuz like... being appreciated by the public instead of just having the po po called on me.
