i use pretty much anything i can get my hands on, so i dont have a full or specific marker set. but for this i used a bunch of different markets like....

-TRIA markers (i think they stopped making them or something)
-Superstrong permanent markers (dollar store)
-Sharpies
-more dollar store shit
-a blue montana bombing marker

and just did touch ups with white acrylic

oh and i dont use watercolour or watercolour paper, just plain old printer paper

Redo- for a freestyle thats not bad, the proportions on the R are a little off but i like the overall look.

the flow of some of the letters is alittle messed up bc you have such as in the K at the leg the bottom of it is rounded while in the S there is nothing rounded. So if you added a few rounded parts in the S it would be better.

Squint man Im really liking that piece, Im feeling that sharp style you got going, I also notice that your getting better at keeping your outlines the same width through out, good job. The things I would fix though is that your not taking your finger off the can fast enough doing your outlines so they kind of intersect at the top and over extend the letters, a good way to fix that would be just outlining the entire thing and covering them up. I dont really like the tweak at the top of the u and it could have been a bit cleaner with that triple outline you got going, but good fucking work man, thats tight.

squint i think thats one of the best flicks uve posted, take crits from above fo sho but also i would have brought the light blue outline right up against ur letters if u want it to look cleaner and sharper, i can see a few places it would have helped like the top of ur K U and N the black lines cross and theres some fill showing outside of the lines, the blue woulda cleaned that up and then u could use the green for another outline if u wanted

kringe - not inter imo, you need to get some solid letter foundations to build on before you even think about bending letters that way, but on a lighter note it kind of reminds me of keane when he was starting out

atomik - i've always kind of liked your style but there just seems to be something off about that sketch, the part bothering me most about it is just a few of the little random extensions, i feel like it could look a lot better if you weren't trying to make it look so wild

smoothone ur not too shabby at coloring, the fill is creative... but ur letter structure and 3d arent up to par... the P looks like it should be 2 letters and the arrows and extensions are just a bit sloppy... the 3d goes in about 20 different directions and its doesnt even exist where it should in a lot of places, mostly the extensions... the eyes and mouths and shading looks good though... get the basics down first
