All be it there are a lot of works that dont deserve to be in here, I think youre taking the word intermediate too far. This is still the toy forum, everyone here knows theres shit they still need to work on. And as for there being a lot of unfinished works, this is also a thread geared towards crits, maybe not as much as many would like. But still, its not like the bigboy threads where everyones either just posting theyre own shit to put it out there, or bumping others they like. I feel if youre trying to get crits on structure alone, why should you have to take the extra time to do all the finishing touches if someone here can help it look better before you ink it? But at the same time you dont just want to see unfinished sketches strewn about this thread, so its a catch 22.

mogan i didnt line anything up but the 3d on the top of ur A doesnt look like its goin the same way as the rest... if the vanishing point is like bottom center then it should angle down more on the top of that A.... and i dont like the bits coming out of nowhere on the sides.... other than that its cleannnnnnn

alts - you've got skills homie and i envy your motivation and drive to keep on producing stuff on a constant basis. i know your real comfortable with the style you've got going, but maybe try breaking outside your comfort zone and try something new? just my 2 cents mon.

Your stuff has mad potential and I can see it, Only problem I have is that your D looks slighty like an X.. ;/ But that G is just dope as fuck. Only thing id do is use markers with a thick outline and make them sparkle effects a bit smaller. There covering up the letters to much.

Suak > Your painting is clean, but your letters need to be put together more well, I see no flow and the widths of the letters go all over the place.

Alts > I love all the pieces except the zealot one, I just dislike the layout of the letters, but the rest is dope, my fave is the ticks closest to the bottom :). That fill is just outta hand.

TrandomnesstwO - I think the Toy BB section for now man. I think your just trying a bit to hard. Simplify and get your bars consistent with one another, and try losing some of the extensions, arrows, and add ons for now. Ill keep an eye out for ya.

kew1 - I agree, your painting skills and fill is there, but letter wise it is lacking. The left leg of the S is coming up a bit to high and is starting to cover the middle of the letter, try lowering it just a little. The L is ok, maybe the right extending leg is too high, might be mistaken for a U (like seyo did). The A is far to close to the L and the overlap makes it difficult to make out. And finally the bars in the K are all slightly off and out of proportion.
Sorry if I sound like I'm being harsh, but I think the potential is there just needs more focus.

Okae: I really don't like any of your extensions, they do nothing for your piece, and that E is ugly. The Bode is alright looking and your A is alright.

Goad: I actually dig a lot of that, just I wish you'd keep your bar widths generally pretty standard throughout a single piece. It also looks like your G's are your strongest letters, and you should work on building up others, too. Like your A and especially your D's.

AOk: Toy Bombs and Pieces.

Meroe: Butfuk is a dope name, but I know you can throw out some better handstyles than that. It's dope, but I feel you're capable of more.

Cyto: The only good letter is the first one, if it's a D, but it throws off the flow of the whole piece.

Duke: I don't like how your exchanges never really have any flow, just a lot of standard vertical letters that look close to gothic calligraphy. Cool, but I don't really like that aspect of it.

stigma has a point fun your letters should all be around the same size.. easiest way to get that down is take a ruler draw a line at 1/4 of the paper than do another one at 3/4ths of the paper and keep it inside those lines like in school when a teacher teachs cursive.

Safe - Better man, your spacing is much much better than your previous work. The AF particularly has improved. But there are still some errors with the bottom legs of both the S and the E. Try thinking the bottom bar of the E. And extending the bottom bar or the S to the left.

Cyto Aka Son1c - Feeling those letters man. Not crazy about the fill, the colours seem a bit too dull, but that could just be the photo.

tofe, I don't want to hurt your feelings, but your letters seemed rushed, like you took about a minute to design them 3 or 4 months ago and decided to never change or experiment with how they would look. Ever since then you've been using the same rushed letter style for your peices and personally it hasn't grown on me at all. Your throwies seem to work but it just doesn't look like you're putting that much effort into a style that requires effort and attention to detail. It's like you're lost in the translation from throwie to peice, stuck somewhere in the middle in a town called ugly, population: you.

anywho, i would agree that tofe isn't doing the best work right now, i think you should just try to do steezy straighetters. personally, i think it takes more effort to add style and flair into simple block or bubble letters.

maybe you should bring a sketch next time or spend more time on working out the sketch on the wall because your sketch has way more flow, the R makes a big difference..looks more like its being pulled backwards by the E instead of pulling forward. oh and id like to see a more flat peak mid of W.
