this is my theory about graffiti:
graffiti is the shit.
its a communication between writers, and if there is communication with the outside world then its mostly negative.
I also think that graffiti is more fun if we shouldn't destroy litterally everything.
then there would be less problems with the government and police like: painting on windows (trains) and glass, bombing schools,churches,private houses,and stuff
then you think: then would graffiti be fucking boring.Yes, but on the other side the outside world would less hate graffiti and if you think harder mayby you understand that doing such stuff pulls graffiti down,thats why most writes don't wanna talk about graffiti anymore, but about neo-graffiti or something

For me personally, I veiw graffiti as my LIFE. Ever since I was born I've been marking up shit, it runs in my veins..so to me. As a graffiti writer I think of it as all or nothing, you either go out and fucking kill as much as you can, or you hit canvasses, otherwise there's no point. If your gonna be risking your freedom you might as well make it worth it.

Now I realize there's places where you wont go to jail for graffiti, but over here in L.A. it's a serious crime. 1st time offenders need not worry, but I've been busted twice. Next time for me I'm lookin at a 8 month sentence....

So to me, going out and painting occasionally is a waste of a risk, if your gonna risk it, risk it all and do as much as you can and make it worth it. ANd make your name known so that in history you'll always be remembered.

Even when I went to Jail I couldn't stop catching scribes. It's like an addiction.

But that's just me.
