that gen tag would be real fresh if the E was tweaked out more and you got a new N. make the n work with the other letters. i like that G though, but also make your tag kind of line up better, like more the E upwards and move the n which needs alot of work up even more. i like it though even how it is kind of


that nemz tag with the marker looks pretty OK. nice and simple, good for massive amounts of tags that take 2 seconds or less.

What makes rancid bad? Their drummer is super solid, their bass player is one of the best bass players in punk rock, and the guitars are so original . I&#39;ll agree that the vocals arn&#39;t good, but since when does that determine if a band as a whole is "good" or "bad"? Rancid was one of, if not the most influential punk band of the mid 90&#39;s.

I would really encourage you to continue to work on, and clean up your handstyle. It&#39;s a bit loosey goosey and not really pleasant to look at, but I guess people look to achieve different things in this game. If you&#39;re all about just getting up, than you&#39;re doing a hell of a job, but I personally don&#39;t think you&#39;re adding much of an asthetic to your community. I don&#39;t have much room to talk tho, my last batch of tags were a bit sloppy, but I wasn&#39;t used to krink mops and I was hitting really low key areas (electrical boxes, bus stops, etc..) I always wanted to hit a billboard :wub: but if I did, I&#39;d want it to look REALLY good. Ya know?

I dunno, I guess my old age and sense of graff ethics are a bit limiting. I don&#39;t get up much anymore, but when I do, I usually try to make it a quality hit. You got heart tho. ;)

well as for it looking loose your damn right it does. i know my handstyles arent the greatest, but they are what get me up along wtih bombs. the store is like abandonded, i know its got all that crap in it, but its got wheatepaste on it like everytother day so its not big deal. basically ive been out painting more then i have been sketching, but since i got a few classes this semester its giveing me some time to get some sketches down, and I realize that I think i went the wrong way about the whole progression thing and kinda skiped the tagging faze when i got fed up cause my shit was wack, so i just used it anways.

Littlerocky- It&#39;s got flow, but it&#39;s illegible. try just making the tag and then adding the drips in the outline only so it doesn&#39;t look like they&#39;re part of the letters.

dont be mean haha, aces, use a chisel tip or a fatty marker for the tag, or make the tag smaller.. try to make it flow more, not much i can say.

I just wanted to say that doing it much smaller would mess it up cause although it looks big it&#39;s like 1" by .5" so haha smaller doesn&#39;t exactly work. Also Does a chizel tip really make it look that much better. I&#39;ve never really gotten a good effect with it.

just use some some self critisizm, i swear so many ppl post without even asking themselves if it even looks good. work on your letter structure and placment then try to make it flow together.

chisel tips work better with certain style usally hardlines or like caligriphic stuff

yeah u just gotta keep practicing and ull get better. i started of by writing my name out copying a simple font of the computer and then i tweaked it from there. it worked for me. BUT the last one u posted up looked alot better by the z is all pointy wheereas the other letters are curvy, maybe fix that up a bit

I forget what video i was watchin but it was a while back, and there was this one dude from london or some thing, and he did a logo, and from what i remember it was ugly as well. Not ass ugly but ugly. He did the logo cuz he wanted to do somethign different from the regular he said. But it was up everywhere, people said they cant go no where with out seeing the piece of shit. So i think in the end people respected him for the amount of ups he had.

im pretty sure that was futura 2000 and not that guy with the wierd symbol

and that wierd symbol he does isnt crazy style, but its a hell of a lot better than that spider A letter thing that one guy does

futura is so fresh. so is raels in that one guys sig.

no i didnt bite it its just i used to sign my real name with an a like that and i added the thing to the right and then i tried to do the other letter like that but i couldent so i just did it in caligraphy and added an other extention on the end of the n.

im trying to get the rest of the letters to look more like the a

tags on the side of a booth for the bus the inside i got at least 20 tags in and same with my friend Adec who was with me ( iposted only the side because sence the inside was all glass and it was dark so you douldent really see the tags and that was the only non see threw side)
