Gas, raise the "S" and lose some of the extras such as the halo or underlines. Dope though.

GEIST - The T and I need some work. For the i I dont think it needs to be uppercase just dont use a circle at the top.

envision - terrible. try going faster to get cleaner lines. also put more movement in the arm rather than the wrist if you arent already doing that. lose that curvy underlines thing. make everything more symmetrical. no offense, i used to be 2x as bad as you.

blunttokes - clean that up a little bit and its cool

m125 - keep practicing, try to get a better flow and more solid letters

Tokes - Just get rid of the connections in the o and X to make it more legible.
Tyme - That basically looks like your handwriting with spray paint. You know Tyme is a spice right?
Envision - Try to give the letters more style and lose the quotations and underlines for now until you get your letters down and figure out how to use them effectively.

It sucks to start over. I know halos are toy but I needed a way to fill all the dead space above the e and o and between the P and R. This particular tag probably isnt the best example because I messed up a little bit but you get the point. Crits?

EKO - Im really sorry man those still just kind of look like your regular handwriting. My advice to you is to go to the new to graffiti thread. Try and figure out what you want each letter to look like before putting them together. Explore all the possibilities that a letter holds. Also go to handselecta.com and watch their videos and even try copying some fonts for practice. Look on the bright side, you started graffiti at the right place, the handstyle. Too many people start out with burners or way too complicated pieces for their skill level.

EKO it's an improvement but honestly I think you should try to get another name. If you really want it then go for it and follow 5funeral's advice. I'm sure with time you'll get the hang of it. We're all still learning.

The reason why most might think EKO should get a different name is because of Marc Ecko. Now I'm not hating on Ecko for making it in the industry, but I'm not saying he is some kinda legend either. Chances are you will start to change names more than you change your underwear soon because you realize you like another name better. Keep at it though and stay away from the one-liner stuff for now. Just do what I do, look at your keyboard. See that key for the letter E? Draw that same E over and over again till you naturally start seeing how you can make the E look better. Keep doing this till you got an E you like (or a few possibilities if you can't choose) then do the same thing to the K and O. Personally I am still trying to find a good K and I gotta get the flow between my T and E better but hey, that is what practice is for.

I know my name sounds like Mark Ecko... but its not ECKO (echo) its suppossed to sound like E-CO like Economy or Ecosystem.... but thanks for the advice... and I might look for a new name, Handstyles are hard as a mofo...

POPE - That is good. Perfect place to start at. If anything push the E in so it touches the P other than that I like it. Its got personality and legibility which is exactly what you want. Now go write it all over other peoples shit!

Leski: maybe work on getting some more flow between the letters. I like the style though.
Saoe: Looks good except for the S. maybe make it lean to the right a little more and clean it up. I've been using a gold Sakura. i really like the way they write, but they can be hard to find.

eyes- try a Los angeles style tag. i think ur letters would look tight with the right style.
or mabie try backwards 3's as E's thoes always look tight.

Steele- Make all your E's the same. Keep all the letters on the same level and the same size for now Lose the arrow and lose the quotations. No crown either becuase yes it does mean you are a king.
Trap - I like it except for the r. Dont overlap your letters that much.

I finaly got a style I like. I like writing it, it has mad potential to grow and I dont think it looks like trash a week later.

Couple of quick tags with a dying marker before I throw it out. the i's tail is fucked up on the second.

@Jetpack; Try to avoid underlining your tag with the tail of your letters. its kinda played out, but if you can pull it off go for it man. Do what you like.

@White; work on your H, it looks a bit neglected.

dave - take the quotes off the bottom of your yellow tag, dont fill in the arrow and in my opinion lose the paraenthesis(sp) or find an arrow that compliments them. also dont cram in the I.
lolol - work on the K, i like it, but it dosent flow just right. lose the halo, itll look a lot better. i like the qoutes though, they look nice

GeeK - Looks damn good, although I can't quite tell what the second letter is. I'm pretty sure it's an A though, right?

thanks dude actually its a E but i touched the top part of the e and the center on accident it usually is more clear

smel - i like it as it is, i think the bar on the S is nice, adds to it. maybe work on your E and L.
rank, the first one of the second picture is ill, im digging the R and the K. fix the N though, make it more defined.
mass appeal - make it clearer, the style is pretty cool, it just looks too cramped and slow written imo. and try it without the bar in the middle.
