"A GANG of six Australian graffiti vandals left a trail of international destruction before being caught defacing trains in London.
The Sydney gang, known as the AMF Crew, were last night jailed after being linked to more than $140,000 damage in a dozen UK attacks.
But photographs recovered from the men show some had also struck in Sydney, Japan, Spain, Italy and Germany.
Police discovered gang members had recorded their crimes in more than 1000 photos, often posing with their damage.
J , 24, A, 22, A, 24, M, 22, S, 22 and L, 23, all from Sydney, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to commit criminal damage.
"It became clear that these men were part of a highly organised international gang linked to acts of vandalism worldwide," British Transport Police Chief Superintendent Mark Newtown said last night.
UK police have been working with their counterparts in Sydney and the men could face further action when they return home to Australia.
Detective Inspector David Aiton said the "primary intention" of the gang's global travels was for graffiti.
"Worldwide you are looking at well over £200,000 ($410,000) damage," Insp Aiton said.
The men had arrived in London between late 2007 and December last year and had various jobs ranging from construction to graphic design.
Police spotted the gang in a railway yard at Ilford, northeast London.

on the train system nothing runs, thats why near enough no one actually bothers with trains in the uk, they are buffed 10 mins after they are painted...

they were probably all done years ago, i mean dirty hands 3, the banos stuff there was like 2002-2003 or something. These days hardly anyone bothers, and if people do actualy paint trains, no one ever finds out apart from close friends and writers who see the pics.

They do run usually, but it's only a day, or one leg of the service. I know security is tight as fuck out there but a few people know their way around it : )
But yea, it's more of a trophy having a photo running on an overseas train

havent seen that video, but trains dont even run for a day in london mate....you can paint a train, 10 minutes later it will be buffed, they take trains out of service JUST to buff them...

i was talking to kleva from amf and he told me that banos didnt get caught went to berlin and has been there for a couple of weeks waiting to get back to aus

the last time i saw a train with a dub on it in london i still had shoes that light up when you walk
