Valspar Paint

i was wit my boy rackin from micheals and i saw this paint Valspar it was from $10 - $16 a can. has anyone used it and can justify that price?
(btw we didnt rack it cus it was hot as fuck and didnt have a jacket or backpack to throw it in, we were there for prismas)

HAHAHAHHA dude lowes got valspar for like 3.44. it's shitty too... the only good colors are like summer green and pistachio

its got some nice colours but the paint is really watery, the dark purple, light blue, teal, dark green, brown, silver and white are all worth racking tho.. its not as good as painters touch but if its free then w/e

you could do that by spraying it upside-down to get all the pressure out (use a fat cap so it goes faster). once all the pressure is out hammer a nail in the bottom of the can twice (one to let air in, one to paint out). Or you can just spray it out into a container and let it sit for a while.

It should be thin enough already for a mop, but it's just oil-based paint so you can use some type of paint thinner/mineral spirits.

yea I use it every once and a while when lowes doesn't have the right colors. The only thing is it's very watery, which sucks but the good thing is i've never had it clog/blow up with any cap.ever. Lol so its good if you don't have gloves.

do not bother using aerosol paint to fill up markers.
if the white is really thin/ does not cover well. just use it for "highlights" when you piece.

valspar is really good paint, with a ny fat it has sick flairs-i has a valve system simular to the krylons w/ removable caps. i really dont get the glossy shit,i get the satin- a satin black and satin white and a fat cap is GOLD

velspar is cheaper and has better color choices if you know where a loews is.. and they just got em where I'm at..
in my opinion.. velspar resembles old krylon and works well with pretty much all tips.

the only thing i can say is... they take forever to dry, theyre pretty watery, but not too bad, and if your using it on stickers, your shits gonna stick.they do have decent color choice, and they DO use male caps after all... probably 7/10.

ANYWAY. valspar is great paint. its like KRYLON when krylon was good and covered stuff.
valspar is decent and somewhat thick and comes in amazing list of colors...

unfortunately painters touch COSTS THE SAME
and COMES IN EQUALLY A GREAT VARIETY OF COLORS
(and in my opinion is a little bit thicker.)

THE BONUS WITH VALSPAR over painters touch is u can use
a variety of common caps, whereas painters touch can only use those female caps.

Ive used it for fills. Very powerful odor and somewhat runny in my opinion. A lot of different caps fit the valve system.

I've seen it around here on sale a lot. I've never used a paint that was so pungent. Not that sweet uplifting Molotow smell. :)

Paint is pretty good, like some people said, the lighter colors are usually watery though. Flat blacks are good stuff.
