well, pulling the can helps too depending on the situation, but most of it has to do with the angle of the can, when the can is more than a couple inches away its pretty much just wasting paint in the air...

WRONG. i don't agree at all its in the wrist. it think its in the distance from the wall. moving your whole arm closer or farther from the wall. but i'm a toy sso i'm am probably wrong. but the wrist thing doesn't work at all for me.

how to flair.

step 1. get a high or low pressure can, high pressres can produce some nice ones though
step 2. throw your handy like you normally would, but on every tip of a letter, flick your wrist a little and kind of just let the flicking to the painting, instead of holding the cap down steadily.

step 3. enjoy your flair.

step 1: attach ny thin or universal thin cap to rusto can, do not shake can.
step 2: turn can upside down and release pressure (but no paint) from the can for 10-15 seconds
step 3: attach ny fat cap to rusto can spray upside down for another 5-10 seconds.
step 4: shake can extremely well.
step 5. paint.

and its great for doing fills without draining your can in 3 minutes with a rusto fat.

I wasn't talking about outlining a piece. And what I meant by dusty is that; I know what a flair is supposed to look like, I'm talking about the whole letter tho, the paint barely comes out of the cap. You can rock a flair, but you gotta do it mad slow.
orange dot + hardcore montana, you can rock the fastest handstyle and have the most gorgeous flairs ever.

That was a Regal Rusto Red..those invisble glass ones are knock off of elmers, while effective them skip alot and become aggrevating quickly
