My first idea would be instead, of postin stickers... why not just walk around town nailing some of your fine art such as canvas' and shit onto walls, signs, buildings. I know some people do it with metal works but what about canvas that would be sick.

i paint on 6" or 12" cuts of 2 x 4's and nail them on wooden electrical poles.

Another wacky idea... Cost and Revs did this back in the day... put a phone number on your wheatpastes and have a recorded message for when people call the number. It would be super hard to co-ordinate nowadays and not have it traced back you to.

Scented grass. We really need to use scent as an art. At least utilize it a bit.
Maybe the government should have every type of person representing it, including the poor and hopeless. That way they can learn to take people into consideration on a personal level rather than as a number or an idea.

Water should come in tiny spheres that dissolve instantly when you put them in your mouth. Then the water is released and you swallow it.
