your best bet would be wal mart. 10 shit cans for 10&#036;, or 4 cans of krylon for around 10&#036;. also try bargain outlets and some dollar stores, both almost gaurentee shitty paint for a low cost, and sometimes bargain outlets have krylon and rusto for less than 2&#036; a can

to the kids saying "stop being a pussy, steal it" (yes i know im going to get shit for this but im ready for the heat..) stealing is against some peoples principals/ beliefs, if he wants to buy something its not up to you to tell him weather he should steal or pay for it

word...im not a pussy, i could rack if i wanted to because I know how to. The fact is, if everyone racks then teh companies making the shit is going to start making it even cheaper and more crappy, or way more expensive and much harder to get. graf is one thing, but im just not going to get arrested for shoplifting a marker when i can pay a little bit of money and make sure some guy getting paid 25 cents and hour in china gets to keep his job....yes i am looking at this from the big picture but this is how i feel. maybe some of you JACK ASSES should think about that....

1)u need a bike peg, a candle, getto krink(or ur choice{shold be sorta thick}of paint), a sock and a pencil....and tape

2)put tape on the bottom of the bike peg, on the side that you screw in
3)melt wax through the top, so the tape keeps it in there.
4)take the tape off after the wax dries(or u can leave it on if u want
5)put a pencil through the holes on the side so it goes all the way through(this keeps the nib from pushing in
6) cut the pencil so its not hanging out of the side.
7)rap electrical tape around the hole thing but the top
8)fill most the way with ur brew
9)put tha sock in
10) dont get caught




this doesnt have a lid though..carry it around in a ziplock enjoy!

Well the Sharpie Magnums arent too great for outdoor tagging, well they're shitty, like your tag wont run for more than 2 weeks on a spot with some sun exposure.



The Pilots can be found on any graff site, I know I know, you guys think it's not woth it, but trust me, 3 bucks for a marker like a black Pilot is a privelege hahaha, I dont get why people buy 15$ krink markers with shitty nib and ink when they can get 5 pilot markers that will last them a lifetime.

your logic makes no sense.for murder depending on the degree its going to be 15 to life for 2nd degree and 30 to life for 1st degree and more than likely if its first degree your never going to see the light of day again.

go out and find a bingo dabber at the dollar store or something, while your there grab 120 blue or black pens, 1 cup of rubbing alcohol (can get a bottle of it for like $1.50). take the tubes out of the pens, cut off the ball point end, and shorten up the tube. (half the tube has no ink in it, so cut off the useless empty end too). put all the pen tubes into a bucket or something with the cup of rubbing alcohol, let er sit over night. dump the rank pen juices into the empty bingo dabber, bam. cheap mop, with pretty good ink.
