After about 1 or 2 uses of my meanstreaks, the tips wear out and it just becomes flat. do you guys reform the tip or just go as is?

a streak is a solidified paint marker.. it's that marker thats white and sometimes other colors.. its really hard to buff

you can make them multiple colors and they look dope... heres a lesson for all those who dont know how to do it.. just remember maniak told you how...
steps:
1.use steaker till its down to where it has that little hole in the middle(if you use streakers you know whut i mean)....
2.take a pen (any color i like blues and greens) take the ink part out, pull the top off and slide it to the bottom of the hole.
3. blow in it so all the ink comes out and starts to fill in the hole and pull it out slowly as it fills.
4. once its filled let it sit for a while(like a day) then it will soak in and when you write with it it will be 2 colors and it looks fucking dope cause the colors look so freestyle....
your welcome anyone who that helped out, that was a little tagger secret revealed
and if you dont know whut i was saying, buy a mean streak, and start using it then it will come to you....

to keep from breaking i would say heat them up a little bit to soften them up. i&#39;ve never had that problem so really wouldn&#39;t know.

i&#39;ve never used a meanstreak, but i&#39;ve heard that they are wider than sakuras.
sakura&#39;s are nice except when marking rough ass surfaces, they really look shitty and illegible. but otherwise, color selection and smoothness is great.

the problem is more of you leaving them out in the cold for a long time than them being old.

i&#39;ve never had this problem so i wouldn&#39;t know specifically how to heat them. ask around.

i like getting 2 meanstreaks...red and yellow...and taking the paint sticks out and freeze them.
when theyre hardening but still soft cut them in half w/ a razor and stick the two different colors together and put back together.
you get some mad freestyles with this 2 tone.

lmao. Anyway gimme more info on this brokeass homemade craola streak. Crayons, Candle Wax you melt them together and where do you put it? gluesticks dont work. they dry up the bottom and when you twist it it breaks.

Pastels work alot better then crayons, Oil pastels, not the dry ass ones.

the way to make dope multi color streakers is as follows

you can use as many colors in 1 streaker as you want

say you have a pink streaker and a orange one take the stick out of each and cut them both in half then you will have 4 sticks take 1 pink and 1 orange and stick them together do the same wit the others then put the combined paint sticks back in each casing poof go hit shit up

streaks will last forever if you get good spots that wont get buffed they dont really fade except some of the fluoresent ones, but i have ups that have been buffed and are still pretty much intact but it depends on how hard the buffer trys.

I may not be oasis but it looks pretty simple, melt down oil pastels in a tin can or something, then I would add some oil based paint the same colour just to make it a bit more permanint, then pour into a glue stick, let it sit over night and theres a nice streak that can be any colour you want..

They don&#39;t have em at my micheals. But I have heard that if you sew like 7-10 sheets of aluminum foil into your pocket lining it will block out the detector signal. To test it, you put a cell phone in your pocket and call it on your house fone. If the fone rings add more aluminum foil, if not, you are good to go.

Shiva Paintsticks are good, but they&#39;re just those crayons. Sanford meanstreaks are probably best, and they&#39;re somewhat larger than a Sakura. Unless you like writing in colors, Sanford is the way to go.

I&#39;m just trying to find a use for my old sak. I&#39;m not usually the type to throw shit away without at least trying to turn it into something new.

Put oil based paint in it mixed with 1 oil pastel (melted) thats the same colour, along with a little bit of candal wax (also melted). Then let it sit in your fridge for a couple days

OK.. looks like another recipie coming your way&#33;&#33; Take 1 sakura empty/meantreak/glue stick empty of course..

A small metal pot looking thingy and put a candle underneith it.

3 chosen colour OIL PASTELS Melt them in.
some oil based paint (like humbrol model paint whatever..)
a few drops of white out (any correction fluid) (helps it be more permanent and dryes and is kinda hard to buff compared to just paint)
a drop of super glue.
scrape some glue from a glue stick (the twist stick ones.. look for the ones that arnt washable, this should help the streak remain semi soft)
and 3 drops of white spirit or any other solvent

this is the same feel as a streak, semi soft, drys hard and is just as stubborn to remove..

Once melted pour into the container.. - put into the fridge for an hour and a half.. (NOT THE FREEZER OR ANY LONGER&#33;&#33;&#33;) This would cause it to dry out.. and you might as well be using an oil pastel..
