sorry again moahe... I didn't read the directions about it being a black and white only sketch, I'm sure it won't make any difference, I colored it very poorly with a limited choice of cheap ass markers.... I'm not really concerned with the battle anyways.. I just wanted some feedback/criticizm/advice for my first "real" peice... thanks

Not like my sketch needs defending but, the reason for the subpar letters is from the inception of this battle i decided i wanted my characters in front of the letters. I completely agree that they dont help the sketch any. Since im not a fan of heavy erasing and the letters were drawn around the characters they had to be simple.

Question 4 Bang: when u read the battle did u do that piece? Or did u just post some of your, previously drawn better stuff that had a character in it? Cuz u missed the part about the pencil. Just a question.

I voted Moahe...Bang's character was ill as fuck but he used color so its unfair. Also his letters aint that great. Moahe has nice ass letters and the char is pretty cool...and I think some of yall are dickriding with all the cap five votes...chars r dope but the letters? Cmon u can tell he didnt try at all. Not to say he cant do good letters but those letters are just mediocre shit.

nah man, I honestly started the peice on the day I read the post... I saw that it was a sketch battle with a character and got kinda excited because I've never done that before... I wish I didn't color it, it looked alot cleaner before I used those horrible markers on (I haven't used markers since gradeschool, that shit is HARD, props to you guys on making it look so incredible) ... I went from being fairly proud of it to really dissapointed... thats honestly my first "piece"... I've messed around with letters before but never really tried to do graff... it just looked so hard to make it look good, but I've always been good at characters/comics so I really wanted to give it a shot...

oh, and thank you very much to the people that voted for me, I appreciate it... I'll try again next time a character battle comes about, there's no way my letters can stand alone haha
