as much as i hate to get involved in this conversation....
it has nothing to do with the fact that kamit isnt talented as an artist, or that he cant put colors together, or that he has a lack of dedication; its that his style is seriously lacking (in my opinion anyway). his letters have super weak structure, and just look like an undeveloped style that aint hot.
you can usually tell this from someones hand styles. its easy to cover up a weak style with a ten color burner, massive 3d and a bunch of other effects. but a hand style is basic and solo. nothing much you can do to spiff it up right.
