synps - those eyes are tight because you included your own style in it, not just boring drawn eyes
baron - those are awesome I am really liking the more monster looking one, you did a nice job on his arm and legs, the style aristocrat is written in fits everything well too.

It reminded me of jack skellington and inspired me to do a quick sketch of him hah

Bleh, I reckon the character is sick without the lighter. You should get rid of it and add another distinguishing feature.
