Depends on your age, the area, the particular police and judge. Could be, maybe not. Might go to Juvie might get probation or may catch a permanent charge on your record. Generally depends on the dollar amount that was stolen. Banned from that...

Tips on making a good tag?
Future reference, use a thread that is already created, like the tags one. It will get the most eyes and not clog up the forum with 1 or 2 post threads. The best advice I ever heard was pick your name, then literally fill a notebook with it....

Chemistry 101:Beginner Ink Labs and Pics
Solvent based leather dyes (fiebings etc.) could work but like the wood stain they will be a bit thin. Purple, red and blue are generally the best for stains but they'll fade pretty quick, black will be best for longevity.
