How do I get in on an official sketch battle? ive been watching for a thread for #16 but havent seen one thus far

I wanted to know how I claim my prize for the sketch battle, Would i recieve an email?

Newz: Can you tell me why the "Delete other posts and threads started by the affected users" option (under delete posts as spam) doesn't work? I have the ability to delete post in almost all of the different forums, yet the option never seems to work for me.
