since its cold as hell outside now that its winter around my parts.. i was wondering that since it was below freezing if wheat paste or wallpaper paste would still work.. my guess is that it would just freeze up.. but i could be wrong.. any suggestions as to different alternatives? thanks
Don't use spray glue, it is expensive and fucking bad for your health, worse than paint. as for the freezing go outsude and test it! should still work but might take alot longer to dry depending on how cold it is.
it depends if the wall is all frosty and frozen then it won't work. You're paper will just get all fucked up and the wheat paste won't work properly I don't suggest it. It would work better in the daytime but then that would be stupid of you so wait a few months or wait until everything isn't all frosty
i had the same question about wheatpaste... But I did go out at like 2 am with a friend and there was some frost we just found a piecve of plastic and scraped it off and then just slapped our sticks up and theyre still sticking up. Didnt try wheatpaste.
can anyone hook up a link to the ingrediants for the paste cuz i searched and i didnt come up with shit......
I can't believe I'm doing this for you You should google it buttt Wheat paste Prepare 1 cup of very hot water. Make a thin mixture of 3 tablespoons of white flour and cold water (just enough to wet all the flour and make it liquid enough to pour). Pour the cold mixture slowly into the hot water while stirring constantly. Bring to a boil. When it thickens, allow to cool. Smear on like any other glue. For slightly better strength, add 1 tablespoon (15 ml) of sugar after the glue is thickened. After using a portion, reheat the remaining in a covered jar or container to sterilize it for storage or keep refrigerated. If wheat flour is not available, other flours will work. or Rice Paste Which is much stronger Mix one part rice flour and six parts water. Heat while mixing to a smooth consistency.
