I learned on my own... but I guess I can't really say that because I was raised on this site so I guess someone was always there to help me.

Pretty much self taught, atleast when I first started. Met a decent writer but only painted with him a few times then he moved, he showed me a few things, but not a whole lot.

Shit, I kind of wonder. Because someone put me on to it. Dude gave/ gives legit crits. Still paint with him, but I suppose he was the Jedi Master and I was the "Padowan."

I started out doing my own shit for a month then found this site, and went on from there. Then I become a toy that was teaching my friends how to get better and then I gave up all together.

I always like seeing graffiti on the trains as a kid so I started writing on walls. Pretty much self taught, drawing on paper is good practice.

"Yeezy taught me" lol I actually learned from a mentor/rival and the influence and inspiration of BORF at the time.

learned my handstyle mah self no bite. getting into throwies and bombing and how the game worked had someone tell me what the fuck was going on in certain areas. also needed help with a straight letter and stuff like that. but learned by my self what was going on and practiced. did a lotta shit black book work before i found a good style.

Looking back, I remember similarities between things I drew in Elementary and a couple Blade pieces. As for handstyles, I've always, ALWAYS been making them.

However, my heroes are SPUD, NSC#, and DRAKE, fo' sure. Just to name a few.

I've never had a lesson from a writer--and there are actually shitloads of them in Lexington.

FHC, BTS, KS, TM, PKY, et al. crews, and mine is a pitiful comparison. I have to say that I am my crew's dopest writer--but I AM founder....
No boast, btw, I'm not THAT cold. But all my apprentices are toys in a MAJOR way. I'd like to meet a REAL writer, and make friends some day soon.

Actually, that student teacher @ TCHS was a writer.
