just got my first marker through the post, its a 15mm mini monster marker, pumped it a few times and wrote.. then when i put the cap on the ink ran down onto my carpet etc... how do you stop this?
yeah that marker shoudnt do that. Toss it or put the ink in a new marker, or check out the pump mechanism, make sure its all looking normal.
it probably cracked in the shipping process. i cant imagine having to explain that to your mom haha. but i would contact them if you think its actually damaged, and next time just stick to on the run or anything off bombing science.
