honestly i like that bottom one alot...im sure keeps word means alot more but still it doenst look bad
im not hating on it...there is just a whole bunch wrong with it and you can tell right away at first glance that there you were wingin' it...some things to work on ,
1. the arc of the phrase needs to follow tha same path...
2. the letters need to be properly spaced
3. the letters all need to have the same directional flow and all be proportional with one another
4. all of your extentions need to make sense ,as in where they are coming from, and where they grow thicker around tha bends...
these are just things that make a script look nicer, and more proper although there is no exact way to make it look..these guidelines, if you will, will help you get a more solid grasp on scriptlike lettering and how to make it look more pleasing to the eye
Keep it up...your off to a good start....its good to see you stepping outside your comfort zone..that will benefit you in the long run in more aspects than just script..it will help your understanding of flow and proportion no matter what type of lettering your doing

I know i have one on an arc like how you have yours 'This' ,but its on another computer...
this is the only image i could find of it...its small and hard to see, plus its doubled up in colours which makes it harder to distiniguish the arc on its own
not saying mine are perfect..in fact there is alot i personally hate about them that i would change......just showing what ive learnt to 'THIS' to maybe help him out a little
a little out of whack because its a tattoo but the arc is there aside from tha 'ont' part...
yo keeps thanks bro..thats gonna help alot. i most def winged it from jump but script is something i would like to work on. i had alot of trouble keeping all the letters the same with the same extentions i think i went in with the whole graff mentality and gave every letter its on thing haha
