Name- make the face bigger, round the ear and loose the stripes on the ears
anyone- that second character looks really flat. Also look at a real face for help with drawing your own, eyes and facial features dont take up all the face

synps - those eyes are tight because you included your own style in it, not just boring drawn eyes
baron - those are awesome I am really liking the more monster looking one, you did a nice job on his arm and legs, the style aristocrat is written in fits everything well too.
It reminded me of jack skellington and inspired me to do a quick sketch of him hah
