My homie got weekends in jail for a few months...but he was REALLY stupid and posted his shit all over his myspace, etc. Most of the time, unless its blatantly obvious, you won't get caught.
And unless its a pig catching you directly, tell them to go fuck themselves, your tax dollars paid for that sign just as much as his did.

also i thought of something last night that i haven't seen or anything and wanted to see what people think of it.
would people be into trading cds? as in compact discs? paint them like you would a vinyl, but smaller. they wouldn't be more than a sticker pack to send and i think could very cool.

You shouldn't be in too much trouble then. Unless you have a pocket full of stickers, its impossible for them to prove its been YOU putting them up either.
Just say "I dunno man, I got this from a friend...not sure of his name, he was just hanging around one day" or some bullshit like that.
Me and a friend of mine put like 25 stickers each on the side of one of those big metal crates they use on trains and shit. That was the only thing I was ever worried about.

I pointed that put for him earlier. You should really fix that before you put them up on the streets. its a simple fix, you could even use masking tape.
