Up here it's a little different. Everyone's so community oriented in these suburbs. So if you're slapping elaborate shit in plain view even if its just gov't property eventually someone's either going to walk up, investigate and try ripping it off or call the cops for vandalism. The younger generations dont typically care but the lame homeowners do
