by layer do u meen i should do a background color or do u mean another layer like a different color adding to his body ...
and i was thinking about stenciling next to or under him "will you be my neighbor?"

i said levels...levels are how many areas and shadows of the face show up...it looks nothing like mr rgers, and this time dont put the copyright on it

DANG! Air that is alot of stickers. do you guys all go at once or do you find where every one put up stickers? There arent really graffers here just those high school kids who write stuff like "brian is a dick hole" etc etc. it sucks
ill be putting up pix of stickers and poster once it gets warmer. every thing is still snow/ice right now.

If you use DHL Thermals they'll stick in any weather.

whats a good way to get stencils from paper to cardboard or posterboard?

what i do is just cut out the stencil from the paper then place that over the posterboard and trace is with a pencil then cut that out.hope i answerd that for u.

now my question...can u print out whatever on the usps stickers. label 228c?
