i cant tell if ur talking about printing stencil images or an image for a sticker. cuz usually people make ther own stickers.
go to your ups station and pick up a pack of stickers, or order them off line.

Buy a "8 1/2 x 11" sticker sheet from a office supply/craft store.
Throw it in a printer.
Print the image on it, cut out, bang you have a sticker that isnt square.

I get ya, the only thing i could think of would be head over to a graphic arts studio and get em' to do it for ya. My dad worked at one for a couple of years, they print em' and cut em'. (like a place that does decals for commercial trucks and shit)
So you'd take your design there, without your fucking name on it lol, get em' to do it up for you and then tag em' before usage. Would cost a bit though... dunno how much exactly.
