i dunno around the u.s but here in canada you can ask a cop for a ride if you&#39;re in some shit like 30km away from home walking... that will piss em off but they have to... that&#39;S the SERVE part in protect and serve... i asked my lawyer about it and he said they can&#39;t deny it unless they&#39;re on a call or somthing...
