I've found the black does not fade at all, especially when I mix my own black with it.


and the purple, I say I based it off Garvey, for the staining power. I mixed in purple krink, and some other ingredients of my own.

And that golden ink, is golden paint and It's a personal recipe that I stopped using a while back. It's not even a recipe but is sooooo dope and simple to get, lol

have any of you used any of the montana hardcore markers? i was looking through a catalog of stuff we can special order where i work and they have the following for pretty good prices and free shipping. So lemme know if any of you have used any of these.

If I went with a Wide marker, like the MTN, I wouldn't go with the silver. Here's what you should do... Order an empty Molotow masterpiece then rack tons of Pilot chromes and fill it up. That Mtn ultra wide does not have the necessary pump system like the molotow masterpiece. The masterpiece has the eight flow channels and this lets the ink even flow through the nib on all ends. The mtn wont do that and it'll just mainly get to the center and the ends will be streaky

And the reason I say Pilot chrome is because this is by far the best chrome out there and in the sunlight, reminds me of alluminum foil

Right on thanks man, that clears it up. i have a real good homemade crome but its xylene based so itd probly eat that shit up. good lookin on the pilot crome though!

The xylene hasn't eaten up any of my stuff, so hard plastics shouldn't be a factor here. I wouldn't worry about it too much.

and the grog full metal chrome has been out a while and I have heard nothing about it. I ordered the full metal white hoping it'd be dope and I am, quite frankly, dissapointed in my investment. I'll sell itto my boy cause he may like it better.

IMO, the pilot chrome is the best out there. Quick drying, weather proof, and sexy as all get out

Some body styles are made of different materials, which, Naturally, react differently with one another.

Are the marker bodies Metal, like krink, or just a hard plastic?

Considering hard plastics are very durable, it may be the reason. Mops are made of thin, low grade, plastics and will warp or "melt" with Acetone based ghetto krink mixes.

I, find the smaller verson at any office depot but my local mom and pops art store has the medium points by the dozens so when I'm out with nothing on me, if I am near there, I go rack a handfull and go to the freights.. You can't lose with these things!
