wont windex and hydrogen perooxide make nammonia?
and is there anyway to dye a white meanstreak a different color?
all i got around my town is white ones

Your gonna get flamed for asking those questions here by SOME people...but ill answer to the best of my ability....Paint thinner? No, mineral spirits wouldnt melt plastic, i heard Xylene would though....windex and hyrdrogen peroxide? I'd have to check the chemical formula for those, but i didnt know ammonia had acidic properties....dye a meanstreak? No real way, BUT! You know how there is that little plastic stick that goes UP through the meanstreak? (its in the center, its what the meanstreak spins around) ....well take a pen, and take out the little tube of ink, then stick it through the center of the top of the meanstreak until the tip hits the little plastic stick in the center, then blow out all of the ink into the meanstreak, SLOWLY pulling up as you blow it out...and then when all the ink is in the hole, put the cap on and let it sit UPRIGHT for about an hour or so...then the dye will be absorbed into the streak...do this with ANY ink color from a pen...just NOT GEL PENS!

EDIT: Heres a recipe for a Homemade Streaker...forgot who made this...

3-5 Oil Pastels (more if its a huge streaker)
Oil Paint, the same amount and color as the oil pastels.
White out. (5 drops)
Some liquid super glue (3 drops)
A 5th of a glue stick or half of a Chapstick (if Glue, try to get one thats not washable)

If you can, Get a pot big enough to put all that stuff in it, then get one Bigger than that one, fill the bigger one with water and boil it and then put the smaller pot with the stuff in it into the water (NOT SUBMERGED OF COURSE! JUST HAVE HALF OF THE POT INTO THE BOILING WATER) this double boiling method will make it harder to burn your streaker......

-Melt them all together, CONSTANTLY STIRRING OF COURSE!
-Pour the mix into your streaker holder (funnel would be great for this)
- Put in the fridge (not the freezer or it will dry out) with cap on for 5 mins exactly.
