just because its not round? i mean i dont know the rules of throw ups here but in my book its just a really quick version of style but that does not necessary mean bubble letters...correct me if im wrong

doesnt have to b bubble letters no,but i think its to complex to be done quick, to many jagged edges and alot of points, not enuff smooth lines

but i can guarantee you the outline is done in just a couple of seconds and the points and stuff are from the other side of the page. but for the next one i make it round and smooth

I would say stick to the rule if you are spending more than 3 mins on it, its not a throw up. 2-3 colors, 1 for hallows. Nothing crazy going on in the back round. And your 3d has shitload of intricate lines in it. Correct me if I'm wrong fellas. But hey idk you, if your painting this in 3 mins your a god among men.
