Base layer is a solid coat from a painters pen. Then using almost dead prismas, where your dark tones are and very fast cause it dries fast take the colorless blender and pull the color out. Works really well on the paint layer because it doesn't get absorbed, you just gotta do it before it dries, which is fast.
