the letters are very simmilar to Phillidelphia tag letters(prolly how Philly got so famous for its tags).

They cross out any letter that stands for a set they have beef with..

for example Bloods will write something and if their is a C in it they will cross out the C because the C stands for Crip.


it usually gives messages to police and other gangs.and celebrates or mourns the death of a gang member.
