Those are Long Island Railroad cars that y'all are talkin' about.
They're partly assembled in Plattsburg NY and La Pocatiere, up past Quebec city. I'm not sure if they're worked on anywhere else.
Judging by the photos I've taken over the past years, they come up here to be finalized, notice all the equipment beneath the carriage, the A.C. the trucks, the electronics, etc...;

maybe you didn't hear me right there but I am saying that in general freight graffiti tends to get a bit repetitive and people are biting ideas off other people.
